Reallink Software is a totally free asp based customer support software. RealLink supports ether a M.S. Access backend or a MySQL database backend. Installation is easy threw the install.asp file. Make sure you make the following files write able , dbdata.txt , selectdb.txt and \ind realink.mdb. Doing so will make sure the customer support software functions correctly. One other special note is that if there are no technicians logged onto the customer support software end users will not be able to request support. See the readme.txt in the reallink zip file for more details.
